By using NPP Generator (nppgenerator.com) you agree to these terms. Please read them before using the Service.

1. Not legal advice

NPP Generator is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, we do not create an attorney-client relationship with you, and we do not represent you in any matter. The documents we produce are templates adapted from the HHS February 2026 model Notices of Privacy Practices and 45 CFR § 164.520. You are responsible for reviewing the generated document for accuracy and suitability for your specific situation. We recommend consulting healthcare counsel for any novel fact pattern.

2. No warranties

The Service and all output are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the generated document will satisfy every regulatory requirement applicable to your organization, particularly state-law overlays (California, New York, Massachusetts, and others may impose stricter requirements than federal HIPAA).

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which for most users is $49 or $0). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.

4. Payment and refunds

Paid downloads are $49 one-time, processed via Stripe. The clean PDF and editable Word file are delivered immediately after payment. Refunds are considered within 7 days for technical defects (e.g., the file fails to download, the file is corrupted). We do not offer refunds for change of mind after a successful download. Contact hello@nppgenerator.com with any refund request.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to generate documents for organizations where you lack authority to act on their behalf; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service; (c) submit content that is illegal, infringing, or contains malware; (d) use the Service in a manner that violates any law or regulation. We may terminate access for violations.

6. Intellectual property

You own the Notice of Privacy Practices document we generate for you (you may use, distribute, and modify it as needed for your organization). We retain all rights to the Service itself, including the generator logic, templates, site content, and branding.

7. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to the processing described there.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the site or via email.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute lies in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
