What is the HHS February 2026 model?▼
HHS released a revised Notice of Privacy Practices model in February 2026. It updated and reorganized required NPP elements, integrated 42 CFR Part 2 SUD disclosure language, and added new patient rights provisions. NPPs based on the prior 2013 model are no longer compliant. See NPP requirements in 2026.
